Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews - New Regional Framework and Practice Guidance

Birmingham have lead a regional initiative involving 14 Local Authorities across the wider West Midlands, in developing a Regional Framework and Practice Guidance to support the introduction of Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews (LCSPRs), which replace Serious Case Reviews. The new Regional Framework and Practice Guidance, launched on the 29th May 2019 provides professionals with a step–by-step guide on implementing the new reviews.
